- ➤ Plano residents can drop off live Christmas trees (Dec. 26 to Jan. 3) at Old Shepard Place Park, Russell Creek Park or Schell Park for recycling. They must remove all plastic and metal, and trees with flocking or fake snow cannot be recycled. FOX 4 News
