🏛️ Government
Plano city leaders are holding an election on May 2 to decide whether to remain with DART or withdraw, which could result in immediate transit service changes.
Officials have set aside funding for a microtransit system—designed to improve connectivity—and formed a citizen committee that will meet in December to evaluate future transportation options.
🏥 Health

Mark Deveraux, who needed treatment for congestive heart failure, benefited when SPCA cared for his dog Sapphire during his recovery.
🏈 Sports
