- ➤ Three companies, including a Plano department store, a contractor for the VA pharmacy, and a manufacturer in Mesquite, will lay off 449 workers. DLH Solutions will stop operations around November 29—while the Plano store and the Mesquite facility will close in January. The Dallas Morning News
