  • North Texas will light up this holiday season with 29 festive displays offering parades, drive-thru tours and choreographed shows across Dallas, Frisco and Plano. Local families in Plano will enjoy events like Deerfield Christmas Lights at Heritage Farmstead Museum—free for some and ticketed for others—that run into early January.  The Dallas Morning News

ECONOMY NEWS

  • Restaurants in the Dallas-Fort Worth area closed this fall due to an industry slowdown that forced 48 locations—including drive-through chains and Starbucks stores—to shut their doors, raising concerns among owners.
