- ➤ Plano's upcoming The Good Stuff 10th Anniversary Block Party will showcase the city's vibrant foodie scene on Nov. 8 with local restaurants serving cocktails, food, and live entertainment. - ➤ From Nov. 7-15, the 2025 Plano Flags of Honor tribute will be held at 2801 E Spring Creek Parkway. - ➤ North Texas Performing Arts will present its 15th annual Scrooge the Musical in Downtown Plano and at the Rodenbaugh Theatre at Willow Bend Center of the Arts from Dec. 10 to Dec. 14 and Dec. 7 to Dec. 21 respectively—featuring a record breaking cast of 150 performers and Gift to the Community shows with free tickets for veterans and underprivileged families. - ➤ Two seniors from Plano East Senior High School, Ananya Nagendra and Kareem Hassanien, were named semifinalists for the Coca-Cola Scholars program after their applications were chosen from over 107,000 submissions.
