- ➤ For the next 10 days, Plano will count down 10 things it loves about the city in honor of The Good Stuff 10th Anniversary Block Party—tickets cost $10 and include two cocktails, light bites and entertainment, with free admission for ages 18 or under. Plano Magazine

- ➤ Residents at Evana Grove Apartments will have to vacate by November 4 — a court order cited unsafe living conditions — and the owner is offering moving and housing aid to help the transition. NBC DFW

- ➤ Trophy Club Byron Nelson ended its regular season undefeated with a 36—0 record and stays ranked No. 1 as it prepares for today's 6A Division I bi-district playoff match against Mansfield Lake Ridge.
