- ➤ New cafes and restaurants have opened in Collin County, with Musume in Frisco and Pinkitzel in McKinney already serving diners while La La Land Cafe plans to open in November. In Plano, Palmieri Cafe will open Sept. 20 at 2024 W. 15th St and Flying Fish will soon start at 4032 Preston Road—Hattie B’s Hot Chicken is set to open in late spring or early summer 2026—adding more local dining choices.
