- ➤ Paris Baguette, a worldwide bakery cafe chain, opened its new East Plano location at 1201 E Parker Road earlier this week—run by local franchisee Waleed Liaquat and serving cakes, pastries, savory bites, and mini pizzas. - ➤ Texas driver licenses got a new look when the Texas Department of Public Safety updated the design on Monday.
