- ➤ Plano police arrested five suspects who stole 29 cars—mainly Camaros and Corvettes valued at $1.1 million—from parking lots in a dozen cities and posted videos on Instagram before selling them. NBC DFW
- ➤ Plano police investigated a shooting at the Collin College campus Sunday night—one man was injured, a suspect was detained, and the victim was transported to a local hospital, with no ongoing threat to the public. FOX 4 News
EDUCATION NEWS
- ➤ The Plano ISD Board of Trustees was named one of five Honor School Boards by the Texas Association of School Administrators and will vie for the Top Honor Board award—joining competitors Colorado ISD, Galena Park ISD, Memphis ISD and Temple ISD.
