GOVERNMENT NEWS
- ➤ TxDOT broke ground on the Spur 399 expansion in Collin County on Tuesday as crews began widening the highway from four lanes to six lanes—an effort to improve mobility in the area. The $182 million project, built by Webber Construction, is set to finish early 2029 and is part of a larger plan to extend Spur 399 to ease traffic congestion. NBC DFW
