- ➤ DART is considering board changes as suburban growth gives member cities more say, and legal counsel Gene Gamez said new population data will guide the reapportionment process—board chair Gary Slagel noted cities may soon choose their board member while some Dallas representatives worry about losing input. The agency will finalize these changes on Sept. 1 with more briefings scheduled before the next board meeting on June 24. KERA
