- ➤ A Dallas man was hurt and arrested after Allen Police stopped a car on Saturday morning for not having a license plate; officers said he pulled out a long gun and said angry words before driving off into Plano, where they broke his car's tires to stop it near Park Blvd — Coit Rd, treated his bullet wound, and charged him with serious crimes. - ➤ Early voting for the May Joint and Special Election begins tomorrow and runs until April 29 to let registered voters in North Texas (Dallas, Tarrant, Collin, Denton and Rockwall counties) vote for municipal positions including city council and school board trustees.
