  • A measles-infected person shopped at three Plano stores last week—Walmart on April 10 and 11, Ross on April 11, and Dollar Tree on April 11—prompting Collin County health officials to advise unvaccinated residents and those with weakened immune systems to check for symptoms until Sunday.  FOX 4 News
  • Collin County Health Care Services reported that an individual who visited three Plano shopping venues on April 10 and 11 tested positive for measles. The person was infectious during those visits — officials are reviewing the situation for potential exposure.  Plano Star Courier
