  • AT&T plans a multi-billion dollar global headquarters in Plano and filed a rezoning request for a mid-rise office building with a needle-like sculpture; the project, named SEC Parkwood at Legacy, must build 2 million sqft of space and expects partial occupancy in the second half of 2028.  The Dallas Morning News
